Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in your order, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Buddii Box ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Box addresses—please provide a physical address when possible.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Buddii Box is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Once tracking shows “Delivered,” we cannot file a claim with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos.

For lost/stolen package concerns, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If the address provided at checkout is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes. Any reshipment costs due to address errors will be the customer’s responsibility.
